Dr. Manu K. Vora is an Expert on Global Quality Management Consultancy. He has over 43 years of leadership experience guiding Fortune 500 companies with Baldrige Performance Excellence Award framework. He is a Past Vice President from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Board of Directors.
He holds an MBA with Marketing Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, M.S. & Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago, and B. Tech. (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi in India. He is affiliated with over 80 educational institutions around the world and a sought-after speaker on business excellence and quality management for global audiences and a recipient of over 52 awards/ honors for his outstanding professional service.
Dr. Vora has also served AICTE on the National Education Policy, 2020 - Implementation Plan Strategy Committee and provided valuable inputs with his vast experience on industry and academics to strengthen NEP 2020 implementation by 2035 in India. Since 2016, he has taught over 10,000 faculties including 36 AICTE ATAL FDP sessions in 2021, throughout India.

Dr. Vikas Kumar Sharma has a strong educational background. He completed his M.Tech (M/C Design) with 1st division from Zakir Hussain College of Engg. & tech, (A.M.U.- Aligarh) in the year 1992 and B.Sc. Engg. (Mechanical) in the year 1989. He has done a certificate course in Auto-CAD and Auto-LISP from ICL in 1993. Ph.D. from GLA University Mathura in 2016 in the field of Hydrodynamic action at Interface during Mechanical Processing.
His professional exposure includes Vespa Car company ltd. and has rich teaching experience in subjects like M/C Design, CAD/ CAM, and CNC Machines from the last 23 years and 7 years of industrial experience.
Dr. Vikas Kumar Sharma has published more than 22 patents and 10 publications in different areas of Engineering like Technology on lean and competitive Design for Multifunctional Experimental setup metal forming process, Ref. No.- 201711003978, published 3rd Feb 2017. Automatic Volumetric Water Filling Tap Ref. No.- 20201102540425404, published 17th June 2020. Camless four-stroke Engine using Solenoidal Value, Ref. No.- 202011037799, Published. 16th Oct 2020 etc. Presently holding the position of Principal Polytechnic at GLA University Mathura.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar has been an active technical advisor of Porgen Consulting India. He has professional experience of more than 10 years in various industries. He works for the implementation of new strategic and technological operations, aims to improve the organisation's position by helping to solve problems, manage changes and improve efficiency. He has expertise which helps the organisation to improve business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. He also provides valuable suggestions for formulating new technologies in India. He has done M. Tech from IIT Roorkee and MBA in Finance.
He has more than 29 years of rich and diversified leadership experience, which has provided him with well-rounded exposure to various aspects of management, including strategy, technology development, engineering, design and cost innovation, business development, procurement, commercial operations and statistical analysis.
He has in depth experience in setting up systems and processes, formulating new technology, new strategies and developing organization structures to facilitate growth. He was also instrumental in driving process efficiency and led some de-bottlenecking assignments.
He has held positions of Procurement Head in ImMODO Renewables Ltd, Head New Projects in Shilpi Cables Technologies Ltd and Head Corporate Materials in Minda Sai Ltd. He has done B.E Mechanical and MBA in Marketing.
Ms Komal work as director of Porgen Consulting provides vision, knowledge-based, strategic leadership for effective implementation of the organization’s mission and goals. She works in collaboration with the people the organization serves, the Board of Directors, and all employees, volunteers, and partners. She leads the organization in developing the knowledge, infrastructure, culture, and competencies necessary to grow as a domestic & internationally respected organization. She is responsible for all programs, services, and personnel, and ensures the organization’s efficient operation within the approved budget.
